Two operating companies in two unrelated industries, held under one structure. This page is the group; the companies underneath it have their own.
ASH Digital Agency and Molten Ice Cream and Cafe have nothing in common operationally — one sells expertise, the other sells a product across a counter. What they share is oversight: the same standard for what counts as evidence, and the same person accountable for both.
A holding structure is what makes that accountability explicit rather than incidental. ASH Group is the entity I'm chairman of; the two companies underneath it are run day to day by their own management — me as Managing Director at ASH Digital Agency, and as a partner at Molten.
Two companies, described honestly rather than rounded up. ASH Digital Agency does performance-driven digital marketing and growth work, founded in 2025. Molten Ice Cream and Cafe is a consumer brand, open in Gujranwala and Sargodha, building toward Rawalpindi/Islamabad and Lahore.
The structure is built to add a third. It hasn't yet, and this page will say so plainly when it does.
